Seven is local-first. Your tracking history stays on your device, so support cannot view, recover, or reset your logs.

Email support@ampliora.cc with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings help when something looks wrong in the app.

Subscriptions and billing

Seven Plus subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. Ampliora does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

  • To restore a purchase, open Seven and tap Restore purchasesat the bottom of the Seven Plus paywall (Settings → Try Seven Plus, or any Plus-locked feature).
  • To manage or cancel a subscription, go to iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
  • For billing disputes or refund requests, contact Apple Support.
